PRE-REQUISITES:
The course is open to Licensed Estheticians, Licensed RNs, LPNs, Physicians Assistants, Physicians, Certified Electrologists, Licensed Massage Therapists, or Licensed Acupuncturists.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

Our laser hair removal certification course requires the purchase of our online, self paced course prior to your two days of hands on training (included) to complete your certification (based upon state requirements) that prepares students in the fundamentals of Laser and Intense Pulsed Light education. Hands on training is performed on live models.

Our White Plains, NY facility at the Academy of Skin and Beauty is taught by either a Lutronic or Candela licensed instructor.  With your certification, you could then open your own Laser/IPL Hair Removal business in New York, or perform laser hair removal in a medical spa, dermatology office, or laser clinic.
